In early 2003 we provided search engine marketing and design consultancy for Bryan Sykes of Big Cow Media (www.bigcowmedia.com) of Florida USA. He subsequently refused payment without any just reason. It seems he was dissatisfied with the search engine results of another web site we did for him. Despite careful explanations on how to improve this and offers to help, he ignored emails and has not paid the money he owes.

Relying on a client's integrity did not pay off on this occasion but we continue to offer the same honest and professional service to new and existing clients.
